- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ive read a lot of these reviews, I've been going to this urgent care for 10 years. They are very slow and do not engage customers very well. I was one of two people in the waiting room on 3 occassions and still waited an hour or more every time. I've never been turned away b/c of insurance and its $50 per visit each time. The staff has been friendly at times but not consistent. So the Truth - very slow, sometimes friendly, they fix the problem, Piedmont is a very very bad hospital but this urgent care is much better.
